Vision: Our vision is to build an inclusive, age-friendly community that prioritizes accessibility to outdoor spaces and public buildings, fostering mobility, independence, and a higher quality of life through well-maintained public areas, safety, green spaces, seating, accessible facilities, pedestrian-friendly infrastructure, proximity to essential services, and improved building accessibility.

Meet Our Team of Co-Facilitators
Alli Woosley
Alli serves as the coordinator of the Office for Aging & Disabled Citizens at Louisville Metro and is an ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist. She coordinates a yearly fan drive and resource fair for seniors called Fan Fair; released an 80 page FREE resources guide for the citizens of Louisville, which provides FREE outreach in the community related to falls prevention, scams, elder abuse, and community resource options.

Alli joined the Age-Friendly Louisville Co-Facilitator Team to help everyone live a full, active life as they age in the city they love.
Alli coaches youth volleyball and plays competitive adult tennis.
Becky Peak
Becky has been serving as the mayor of Plantation since 2002, emphasizing the importance of public participation in government and strategic planning, including the effective allocation of American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds for the city's future. She is also the president of the Jefferson County League of Cities. With 18 years of experience as a federal civil servant, she initiated the establishment of the on-site childcare center, "Uncle Sam's Place," greatly improving the work environment for employees across various agencies.
Becky served as the Director of Purchasing and Administration at ResCare, guiding the company through its transition to a publicly traded entity. While enjoying this position, she eventually changed career paths, serving older adults in various roles, including nursing assistant, activities director, and Certified Dementia Practitioner. Becky continued her journey as the Director of Operations at ElderServe until 2021.
Currently, she is working part-time as a JCPS substitute teacher. Her passion for community service led her to actively participate in not-for-profit organizations, serving on multiple boards and volunteering extensively.
