Aging-in-Place Housing Resource Guide

Navigating the process of aging in place can come with challenges — from home modifications and financial support to navigating community resources. The Rooted in Louisville: Housing Resource Guide was developed by the Age-Friendly Louisville Housing Workgroup to help older adults, people with disabilities, and caregivers easily find local programs and services that support safe, independent living at home for as long as possible. The guide also includes information on affordable housing options and related supports for individuals with a fixed income.
